Proverbs 15:3 (NLT)
"The LORD is watching everywhere, keeping his eye on both the evil and the good."
As a follower of Jesus, I can be happy today because God is keeping an eye on me!
The LORD is watching everywhere. For the person who does not know Jesus, this can be a problem. Until a person places their faith in Jesus Christ, God sees their sin. But when a person accepts Jesus Christ and trusts Him to forgive all their sins, then God sees that person as acceptable in His sight. Where do you stand with God today? If you have not already put your faith in Jesus, why not do so right now? This free gift brings forgiveness of all our sins, friendship with the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob—the God who sent Messiah Jesus—and daily friendship with God's Son, Jesus Christ. Now that is a double blessing!
Be encouraged. God has His eye on you. If you know Him, then rejoice. If you do not know Him, then be happy that He loves you, wants to forgive you for all your sins, and give you a new life. Jesus is speaking to you when he says in Matthew 4:17: ... “Repent! For the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.”
