Let's listen to God's Word in Hebrews:
"who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,"

As fellow followers of Jesus Christ, let's reflect on this glorious scripture verse. It speaks beautifully of our majestic King, Jesus.
Think about that breathtaking reality. Jesus is the brightness of God's glory and the express image of God's person. He is actively revealing the Father to us day by day. And He is upholding all things by the word of His power. Now, that is true, sovereign power!
But the most amazing part is what He chose to do with that power. Jesus, in His incredible kindness, has purged our sins. That word "purged” means to completely rid, clear, or free something of impurities, unwanted elements, or guilt.
Because of Jesus' finished work on the cross, those of us who have placed our faith in Jesus have had all our sins washed away.
Let's spend some quiet moments with Jesus today, thanking Him and reflecting on these incredible spiritual truths.
Let’s pray: Lord Jesus, You are the majestic King of glory, upholding the entire universe by Your powerful Word. Yet, in Your infinite love and kindness, You chose to cleanse and purge our sins.
