This is Follow Jesus Radio encouraging you to have faith in Jesus Christ and follow Him daily. The title of this devotional thought is: Kept and Presented Faultless.
Jude 24 (BSB):
"Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless before the presence of His glory with great joy—"
This verse anchors the believer’s confidence not in self, but in God. He is able to keep you. Not you keeping yourself—but God preserving His people by His power.
To be “kept from stumbling” does not mean believers never fall into sin. Scripture is clear that even true Christians still battle the flesh (Galatians 5:17). There are days we stumble, days we fail, days we grieve the Lord. And those sins are real—they offend a holy God and must be confessed and forsaken.
But here is the mercy and goodness of God: He does not abandon His people in their stumbling. He disciplines, restores, and upholds them. As Proverbs 24:16 teaches, the righteous may fall, but they rise again—because God sustains them.
And the promise goes even further—He will “present you blameless.” This is not based on your performance, but on Christ’s righteousness. Through Jesus’ atoning work, those who truly repent and trust in Him are justified—declared righteous before God (2 Corinthians 5:21).
This is the love of God: He keeps the weak, restores the fallen, and secures the future of His people. What He begins, He finishes.
So when you stumble, do not stay there. Repent quickly. Turn back to Christ. Trust not in your strength, but in His keeping power.
He is able—and He will bring His people safely into His glorious presence.
That's it for this podcast. Remember, Jesus loves you and is just a prayer away.
