Jeremiah 31:3 BSB
The LORD appeared to us in the past, saying: “I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore I have drawn you with loving devotion.
Some days it feels like everything is temporary—plans change, people disappoint, emotions rise and fall. But God’s love isn’t like that. He says it plainly: “I have loved you with an everlasting love.” That means His love doesn’t start when you get your life together, and it doesn’t end when you fall short. It’s rooted in who He is, not in how you perform.
Notice something important here: God doesn’t say, “You found Me,” but “I have drawn you.” Left to ourselves, we don’t naturally run toward God—we drift away. But His kindness steps in. He pulls hearts back. He opens eyes. He leads people to Himself with a steady, faithful love that does not fail.
If you are in Christ, this is your reality. You are not holding onto God by your own strength—He is holding onto you. His love is not fragile. It will not wear out. It will not walk away.
So today, rest in that truth. Let His kindness lead you to repentance where needed, and to confidence where you feel weak. Trust Christ fully—the One who draws sinners and keeps them by His everlasting love.
That's it for this podcast. Remember, Jesus loves you and is just a prayer away.
