Christian - forgiven - grateful

Welcome! My name is Richard Templin Hancock and I am a senior citizen who has found great peace in his old age in the forgiveness that Jesus Christ offers to sinners. I enjoy reading my Bible and recording short Devotional podcasts with the aim to encourage us all to have faith in God and follow His Son Jesus Christ every day.

The simple life

After reading the words of Jesus (below) I was reminded of the simple life of devotion to Christ and His Word.  All the religion in the world cannot replace a life of devotion to our Heavenly Father through His Son and doing what He tells us to do. I wish I would have learned that lesson a long time ago!

A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
